These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of vehicles and provision of services by EURO AUTO CARS LTD ("we", "us", or "our") to customers ("you" or "your"). By purchasing a vehicle or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

We make every effort to ensure that vehicle descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that vehicle descriptions, colors, specifications, or other content on our website are complete, reliable, or error-free. All vehicles are sold "as seen" unless otherwise stated.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include registration fees, road tax, insurance, or other government charges unless specifically stated. We reserve the right to refuse any sale.
A deposit may be required to secure a vehicle. The amount of the deposit and payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. Full payment must be received before vehicle collection or delivery unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in writing.
We encourage all customers to inspect vehicles in person before purchase. We provide detailed vehicle history reports where available and allow test drives by appointment. Customers should satisfy themselves as to the condition of any vehicle before purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. All vehicles sold are subject to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which gives you certain rights if goods are not as described, not of satisfactory quality, or not fit for purpose.
Extended warranties may be available for purchase at an additional cost. Terms and conditions of any extended warranty will be provided separately and form a separate agreement.
Finance options are subject to credit approval and terms and conditions of the finance provider. We act as a credit broker and may receive a commission from finance providers. Finance agreements are entered into directly between you and the finance provider, not with us.
We may accept your current vehicle as part exchange toward the purchase of another vehicle. Part exchange values are based on our assessment of your vehicle's condition and market value at the time of valuation. The final part exchange value is subject to confirmation upon inspection.
Delivery and collection arrangements will be agreed upon at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that you have adequate insurance coverage from the moment you take possession of the vehicle. We are not responsible for any damage occurring during transit unless we are arranging delivery ourselves.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery or collection. This right may not apply in certain circumstances, such as when you have inspected the vehicle in person before purchase.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it within 14 days of receiving the returned vehicle in its original condition. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We provide maintenance and repair services in accordance with standard industry practices. Estimates for work will be provided before commencement, and your approval will be sought before any additional work is carried out. We warrant all parts and labor for the periods specified in our service agreements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the sale of a vehicle or provision of services is limited to the purchase price of the vehicle or the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages.
We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website. By providing your personal information, you consent to our processing of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact us in writing at the address provided above. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 28 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to a relevant ombudsman or trading standards authority.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
